Vihor IP Scanner is a Windows utility from cyber-security.ba for inventorying a local network. A scan returns every responding device with its name, address, hardware identifier and vendor, giving administrators a clear picture of what is connected to a subnet at a given moment. Beyond listing hosts, the program probes ports linked to management tools and records page titles, server versions and banners. Each detected service opens in the matching application, whether a browser, an SSH client, Remote Desktop or Windows Explorer, straight from the result row. The program runs without administrator rights, sends no telemetry and needs no account. It occupies about 1 MB and ships as an installer, a portable ZIP, or through the Microsoft Store, Scoop and winget, with an interface in four languages.
