OwlPlug is a desktop application for Windows and macOS that manages the installation and organization of VST plugins. Installed plugins are automatically detected, and new ones can be added through integrated stores. The main store, OwlPlug Central, distributes plugins from the community. Any distributor can configure a compatible store. The application is in active development.

OwlPlug's development began in 2019. The project is created and maintained by independent developers focused on digital audio tools. The application is primarily programmed in Java, using the JavaFX framework for the graphical user interface.
