ReamPDF is a desktop application for PDF document management that operates entirely locally, requiring no internet connection and no file uploads to external servers. Developed by Torpenhow Technologies, the software enables users to merge, split, compress, and convert PDF files to other formats, including image conversion to WebP, PNG, JPG, BMP, TIFF, and GIF, as well as PDF creation from these same image formats.

• Multiple image format support. Beyond WebP, the program works with common image formats including PNG, JPG, BMP, TIFF, and GIF for both PDF conversion and PDF extraction operations.

ReamPDF development began in 2023 by Torpenhow Technologies, a software company focused on productivity tools. The application was written in the Rust programming language, chosen for its performance, security, and ability to compile into native executables that do not depend on external virtual machines or interpreters.
