• Document scanning. FileCenter connects to multifunction scanners and works with TWAIN and WIA devices. You can adjust settings such as resolution, color mode and output format. Scanned documents can be saved as PDF, TIFF or JPEG.

• Cloud folder support. FileCenter works with folders synchronized by services such as Dropbox, Google Drive and OneDrive, so you can manage cloud-synced documents just like local ones.
• Document security. Protect sensitive PDF files with passwords and encryption, and control who can open, print or edit them.
• File preview. The built-in viewer shows the contents of PDFs, Office documents and images without opening the native application.
• Email and Office integration. Send documents as email attachments directly from the program, and save files from Microsoft Office applications straight into your FileCenter folders.
