• Multi-language support. Displays interface texts in different languages such as English, Simplified Chinese, Japanese, Spanish, French, Russian, and Korean. The language is set via a dropdown menu in the settings. The application determines the system language when the follow system option is enabled.
• Floating context information. Shows help texts when the cursor hovers over interface elements. The length of the texts is controlled by a configuration option. Long texts are displayed on multiple lines when they exceed the set width.
• Application state memory. Retains preferences and states between usage sessions. It stores the main window dimensions, recently used directory paths, and key configurations. Data is saved in the user's AppData folder on Windows systems.
• Default storage path. Sets a fixed directory for the macro file open and save dialogs. This function prioritizes the configured path over the recent directory history. The directory is created automatically if it does not exist on the file system.
• Window resizing modes. Controls the resizing behavior of the graphical interface under specific conditions. It determines the initial dimensions when no previous cache data exists. It manages size recalculation when changing the language with stored historical data.

The development of MouseMacros began in 2024 by developer Samera2022. The application is built using the Java programming language, enabling its execution on different platforms. It is distributed under the GNU GPL v3.0 license, which establishes the terms for its use, modification, and distribution of the source code.
