Skills Hub

Skills Hub — Free Download. Skills Manager
Skills Hub is a desktop app for installing and managing AI agent skills across Claude Code, Codex, Cursor and other supported tools. It keeps skills in a central library, imports them from Git repositories and local folders, organizes them with tags, and applies batch updates. Website collections, global and project installation, and repository synchronization between computers complete the set of functions.

  • Central skill library. The program stores every skill in one shared location and connects it to the selected tools. A single copy of the files serves all connected assistants, so versions stay identical and disk space is not spent on duplicates.
  • Import from Git and local folders. Skills are added from a Git repository address or from a folder on the computer. For repositories that contain several skills, the program shows a searchable list so that only the required ones are imported.
  • Tags for organization. Each skill receives one or more tags, which group the library by task, project or topic. Tags are used for filtering and for selecting several skills at once, and they are included in synchronization between devices.
  • Installation into target tools. The person chooses which tools receive each skill, including Claude Code, Codex and Cursor. A custom directory can be added for a tool that is not on the supported list.
  • Global and project scope. A skill can be enabled for all work in a tool or only inside a particular project. The scope is selected during installation and stored together with the skill settings.
  • Batch updates. Several selected skills are updated from the library action bar using their existing Git or local sources. Progress is shown for each skill, cancellation stops after the current skill, and failed items remain selected for a repeat attempt.
  • Enabling and disabling skills. A skill can be switched off without deletion and switched on again later. The program restores the saved tool selection, skips tools that are disabled or unavailable, and continues with the remaining targets when one of them fails.
  • Collections catalog. The desktop application shows the published collection catalog of the project website, grouped by development, writing, design and other tasks. One search covers collections and results from skills.sh, and cards load in batches of twelve during scrolling.
  • Installation from the website. A collection page opens the installed desktop application, which displays the skills and pinned GitHub sources of that collection. The person confirms the selection, tags, tools and scope, and failed items can be retried without repeating successful ones.
  • Unified installation flow. Git, local and collection sources use the same sequence: selecting skills, then installation settings. Search, expandable descriptions, tag fields, tool choices and scope controls are placed identically in every source.
  • Synchronization between computers. Skill content, descriptions and tags are stored in a personal GitHub, GitLab or Gitee repository and restored on another computer. Device-specific paths and credentials remain local to each machine.
  • Command line and management skill. An optional CLI and a management skill connect the same library to conversations in supported coding tools. The assistant installs, updates and organizes skills, and the desktop application shows the result.
  • Background scheduled updates. Scheduled updates and the Update now action run without opening extra windows and without an icon in the macOS Dock. Updates continue independently of the main window.
  • Source-mirrored updates. File deletions and renames in the original source are applied during single, batch and same-source Git updates. A source without a SKILL.md file is rejected before the library copy is replaced.

Skills Hub was created by the developer qufei1993, and the project has been published on GitHub since 2026. Later versions include changes submitted by other contributors through pull requests, for example the collection catalog and the unified installation flow. The program is built with Tauri, React and Rust, with Rust as the main language of the repository. Desktop versions exist for macOS, Windows and Linux, and Linux builds require glibc 2.39 or newer.
