Folder monitoring. Swinsian monitors designated folders in the file system. When new audio files are added to these folders, the program detects them and automatically incorporates them into the library. This feature keeps the collection up-to-date without the need for manual import.
Batch tag editing. This feature allows modifying metadata on multiple tracks simultaneously. Editable fields include artist, album, year, genre, and artwork. Changes are applied to all selected files, ensuring consistency in the library.
Search and replace with regular expressions. The search and replace tool supports regular expression (regex) patterns. This capability enables complex, specific changes to metadata, such as reformatting titles or correcting systematic errors in tags.
