List-timeline integration. Each item created in the tasks tab appears as a block in the timeline tab. Synchronization is bidirectional and immediate. Changes made in one view are automatically reflected in the other, maintaining a consistent plan.
Drag-and-drop planning. Task scheduling is done by dragging blocks from the list to the desired position on the timeline. This method eliminates manual time entry steps, streamlining the creation of daily schedules.
Visual duration adjustment. The length of each scheduled task is modified by stretching the edges of its block on the timeline. The duration updates visually and numerically, allowing for quick redistribution of allocated time.
Menu bar counter. An indicator in the Mac menu bar shows the time remaining for the completion of the current task. This reminder stays visible with any active application, serving as a constant reference for daily progress.
Integrated focus timer. The timeline activates a timer that advances according to the set plan. The timer automatically switches between tasks as intervals are completed, guiding the workday.
Task repetition within the day. The same task can be placed in multiple time slots within a single day. This feature is designed for recurring activities like email reviews or scheduled breaks.
Color coding. Each task can be assigned a custom color. The timeline presents a chromatic view of work distribution, making it easy to identify activity categories at a glance.
Deletion synchronization. When an item is deleted from the main task list, its corresponding block automatically disappears from the timeline. This action maintains consistency between both views without requiring additional steps.
Menu bar residency. The application runs from and is primarily controlled via an icon in the system menu bar. This location guarantees immediate access without taking up dock space or interfering with the main workspace.
Design for daily tasks. Its scope is focused on managing the current day. It does not incorporate long-term calendar functions, resulting in an interface with fewer elements and options than full productivity suites.
Local data persistence. All task and planning information is stored locally on the user's computer. Operation does not depend on connections to external servers or cloud services.
Progress notifications. The system issues alerts when the time allocated for a task ends. These notifications mark transitions between scheduled activities and can be configured according to user preferences.
