  • FocusDim: dimming of inactive windows. FocusDim reduces the brightness of windows not currently in use, leaving only the active window at full luminosity. This function removes visual clutter when working with multiple applications, aiding concentration on a single task. The dimming level and excluded applications are user-configurable.
  • ScreenSlap: full‑screen calendar alerts. ScreenSlap displays calendar reminders (Google Calendar) across the entire screen at the scheduled time. The alert covers any other application, ensuring the user cannot ignore an upcoming meeting or appointment. The module synchronizes events directly with the user's Google account.
  • SoundSplit: per‑application volume control. SoundSplit adds individual sliders for each application playing audio on the system. It allows the user to quickly mute a browser while keeping the volume of a call or music player, without accessing the native Windows volume mixer.
  • QuickBoard: clipboard manager with history. QuickBoard stores a history of up to one hundred copied items, including text and images. It offers a search function to locate older entries and the ability to pin frequently used items. All clipboard data is saved only on the local machine.
  • MeetReady: pre‑meeting device check. MeetReady monitors the system calendar and, minutes before a scheduled meeting, automatically opens a camera, microphone, and lighting control panel. The user can verify and adjust these devices before joining the video call, preventing technical issues once the meeting has started.
  • Liquid Focus: Pomodoro timer with webcam attention detection. Liquid Focus integrates a classic Pomodoro timer with an attention detection system using the webcam. The software processes images locally to determine whether the user is looking at the screen; if inattention is detected for a configurable period, the session is paused. It includes integration with Todoist for task management.
  • Zero telemetry and no data collection. PeakFlow does not collect any usage metrics or system information. Camera frames used by Liquid Focus are processed in real time and discarded immediately after analysis. Calendar credentials are stored exclusively in the Windows Credential Manager.
  • Unified installer without elevated privileges. The complete suite is installed via a single installer under 200 MB in size. The process does not request administrator permissions, allowing installation in corporate environments with security restrictions. Each tool operates independently once installed.
  • Module independence. Although installed as a suite, the six tools run as separate processes. The user can disable or close any module without affecting the operation of the others. All of them are managed from the Windows notification area.
  • Offline functionality. With the exception of integrations with Google Calendar and Todoist, all core features of the suite operate without an internet connection. Clipboard history, volume control, window dimming, and camera checks function on machines without network access.

Development of PeakFlow began in 2023. The application is written entirely in the C# programming language. The development team, whose individual names have not been disclosed, focused on creating a Windows alternative to productivity tools commonly available only for macOS, prioritizing local data storage and user privacy.
