ClipCatalog is a Windows application that scans folders on local drives or external storage to build a rapidly searchable video library. All processing occurs locally without uploading files to the cloud, ensuring the privacy of your footage. • Visual Content Search. The computer vision system automatically identifies scenes, objects, and actions such as "beach," "car," "interview," or "sunset." Users can search for these terms without manually tagging any files, instantly locating the B-roll footage needed for an edit.

• Robust Library and Removable Drive Management. The application indexes content even on external drives or NAS devices. If a drive is disconnected, the library remains visible and searchable; upon reconnecting the drive, paths are automatically restored, allowing files to be dragged directly into the editor.
