  • Creating boot entries. Lets you add new entries to the UEFI boot menu, specifying EFI file paths and load options. This is needed when installing additional operating systems or setting up recovery tools.
  • Deleting boot entries. Removes unwanted or invalid entries from the UEFI firmware, which helps keep the boot menu clean and functional.
  • Editing existing entries. Modifies boot entry properties, such as the EFI loader path and the display name. The boot priority order can be adjusted as well.
  • Changing the boot order. Sets which operating system or device loads first by adjusting the boot sequence stored in the UEFI firmware.
  • Backup and restore. Creates backups of the UEFI boot configuration and lets you restore it in case of failures or incorrect settings.
  • Boot repair. Fixes common startup problems by rebuilding the boot files and restoring the default boot configuration.
  • BIOS to UEFI conversion. Helps convert a system disk that boots in Legacy BIOS mode to UEFI by converting the partition style from MBR to GPT, without reinstalling the operating system. Switching the firmware to UEFI mode in the BIOS setup is still required afterward.
  • Secure Boot status check. Shows whether Secure Boot is enabled on the system. Secure Boot itself can only be disabled in the UEFI firmware setup, which is necessary for loading unsigned operating systems or drivers.
  • EFI System Partition management. Lets you browse and manage the contents of the EFI System Partition (ESP), including adding or removing bootloaders and configuration files. It can also create, rebuild, and back up the ESP.
  • Multi-boot support. Makes it easier to set up multiple operating systems on one computer by managing their boot entries from a single place.
  • Command-line interface. Includes command-line tools for automating boot management tasks in scripts or in environments without a graphical interface, such as Windows PE.

EasyUEFI was developed by Hasleo Software and first released in 2013. It is designed for both 32-bit and 64-bit Windows systems and runs in Windows PE as well. Its ongoing development has added advanced UEFI management features while keeping compatibility with the latest versions of Windows.
