  • Batch Resizing. The main function processes multiple images in a single operation. Width, height, percentage settings, or predefined modes are applied to the entire list of selected files, streamlining the workflow with extensive photo collections.
  • Flexible File Selection. Images are added to the program by dragging from the explorer, adding entire folders, or using the Windows context menu option. Advanced filters allow file selection based on size, creation date, or modification date.
  • EXIF Metadata Preservation. During processing, the application retains the technical camera information stored in the original images. Data such as camera model, shutter speed, and capture date are transferred to the resulting files.
  • Multiple Image Formats. The software accepts and exports in standard formats like JPEG, PNG, GIF, BMP, TIFF, and WEBP. It includes support for animated GIF files and multi-page TIFF documents for conversion.
  • Real-time Preview. A preview panel shows the changes applied before the final conversion. It displays final dimensions and estimated file size, comparing the original image with the result of the configured adjustments.
  • Customizable Watermarks. Professional editing incorporates text or logo overlays on images. Configuration of font, color, opacity, position, and rotation allows for systematically applying copyright or visual identification.
  • Color Adjustment and Effects. Modifications to brightness, contrast, saturation, color temperature, and white balance are applied in batch. Predefined effects like sepia, black and white, vignetting, or vintage style alter the visual appearance of the photographs.
  • Mass File Renaming. A parameterized renaming system assigns names to the processed files. It incorporates numerical sequences, dimensions, dates, or EXIF information into the new nomenclature, organizing collections automatically.
  • Automated Rotation and Flipping. Orientation correction applied to groups of images. Rotation is done in 90-degree increments, with the option for horizontal or vertical flipping, and can use the camera's EXIF orientation data for automatic correction.
  • Rounded Corners and Borders. An aesthetic transformation that applies a curvature radius to the corners of images. Individual selection of each corner, configuration of the radius, and background color for the trimmed area provides a uniform presentation effect.
  • Saveable Configuration Profiles. Complete sets of settings are stored as reusable profiles. This feature allows for applying frequent configurations, such as preparation for web or print, without needing to redefine parameters in each session.
  • Post-Processing Actions. Automated operations that run after resizing is complete. Options include moving the originals to another folder, permanently deleting them, or sending them to the system recycle bin.
  • Dark and Light Interface Modes. The user interface adapts its color scheme to the operator's preference. Synchronization with the Windows system settings or manual selection between light and dark themes reduces eye strain during prolonged sessions.
  • Multilingual Support. The application displays its interface in more than 35 languages, including Spanish, English, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Chinese, Japanese, and Russian. Localization facilitates the use of the software internationally.

Fotosizer has been developed since 2006 by a team of programmers focused on graphics tools for Windows. The software is built using the Delphi and C++ programming languages, with specific components for image processing.
