  • Location filtering. Offers granular control over indexed folders. Exclude specific directories to improve performance and the relevance of results.
  • Adaptable interface. Supports customization of visual themes (light/dark), font size, and layout of elements. Changes are applied without restarting.
  • Keyboard navigation. Designed for complete operation without a mouse. Lets you select results, open items, and move between categories using key combinations.
  • Cross-platform. Available for Windows and Linux with identical functionality. Keeps the interface and features consistent across operating systems.
  • Resource monitor. Includes an automatic throttling system that adjusts indexing intensity according to the current system load.

The project was started in 2021 by Andreas Hagen as a cross-platform alternative to Spotlight. Built with web technologies (Electron + Vue.js), its source code is publicly available. It receives regular updates with performance improvements and new features.
