TopPin is a system tray utility for Windows that allows you to pin any window in Always-on-Top mode using hotkeys. It includes a Click-Through mode so that pinned windows do not interfere with your work.

TopPin was developed by Noemio and is available on the itch.io platform. The program was created using the C# programming language with .NET Framework for Windows. The first public version was released in 2025 as a free utility for personal productivity.
