Professional layer system. ArtDesignStudio implements a full layer system allowing users to stack, hide, and merge graphic elements. Each layer can be edited independently without affecting the rest of the drawing. The user can modify stacking order, adjust opacity, and merge multiple layers into one to optimize workflow.
Automatic background removal. The background removal function detects the edges of the main subject in a photograph and separates it from the background with a single click. The result is a mask that can be inverted, refined, or exported as an alpha channel to create compositions with transparency.
Integrated asset library. The application includes a local gallery where saved projects are stored along with a collection of stock images. This library allows organizing work into folders and quickly accessing reusable elements without leaving the canvas.
Pen pressure sensitivity. For graphics tablet users, the brush engine responds to the force applied to the stylus. Pressure controls stroke width and opacity in real time, providing a natural drawing experience similar to traditional media.
Selection tools and masks. The program features magic wand, magnetic lasso, and rectangular selection tools. Selections can be saved as layer masks to apply adjustments or effects only to specific areas of the image.
